This week, our class has been part of the "Go 4 It" initiative. This is a programme being put on by Waikato/Sport Bay of Plenty to teach children about the fundamental skills that go with some of our countries big sports. This week we have been learning about "Football" (not to be called Soccer apparently).
Make sure you ask your child about "Ghostbusters", snakes, frogs and any other games and skills learnt.
I encourage all families to get outside with a ball and spend time with your children. You never know, they may teach you a thing or too!

Sounds good mr Reade but it is a bit hot at the mo to be running around chasing after a round ball. But will make an effort.
